How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. Custom furniture or oversized items may require 2-4 weeks for specialized white-glove delivery.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day trial period for all bedding and decor. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return items in their original condition for a full refund, minus shipping costs.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Cocoon ships to the United States, Canada, and select European countries. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and are calculated at checkout.
How do I care for my Cocoon linens?
To maintain the longevity of your fabrics, we recommend machine washing on a gentle cycle with cold water and tumble drying on low. Avoid bleach and harsh detergents.
Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After this window, the order has likely entered our fulfillment process and cannot be changed.
